The Reema J. Samaha Memorial Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to three groups of students:
Graduating seniors from Westfield High School in Chantilly Virginia who will be attending a Virginia State University and who best exemplify the attributes of Reema J. Samaha, including:
- Academic Excellence
- Exceptional Character
- Openness of Mind
- Respect for Diversity
- Love for the Performing Arts (desired but not mandatory)
- Student of French (desired but not mandatory)
Graduating seniors from Herndon High School in Herndon Virginia who will be attending a Virginia State University and who best exemplify the attributes of Reema J. Samaha, including:
- Academic Excellence
- Exceptional Character
- Openness of Mind
- Respect for Diversity
- Love for the Performing Arts (desired but not mandatory)
- Student of French (desired but not mandatory)
Female graduate students of Lebanese or Arab origin or descent who study either urban planning or architecture and who best exemplify the attributes of Reema J. Samaha, including:
- Academic Excellence
- Exceptional Character
- Openness of Mind
- Respect for Diversity
